I'm Brett Bullard, proud to call the beautiful state of Mississippi my home sweet home. When I'm not glued to the screen, catching every thrilling moment of the latest race, you can find me enjoying quality time with my amazing family.
I'm a proud father of five wonderful kids, each with their own unique personalities and interests. They keep me on my toes and fill my days with laughter, love, and a whole lot of chaos! But hey, wouldn't have it any other way.
And of course, behind every great racing fan is an equally incredible partner. I'm blessed to be married to my rock, Caitlin. She's not just my better half; she's my biggest supporter, my confidante, and the love of my life. Together, we make one heck of a pit crew!
When I'm not busy wrangling kids or spending quality time with Caitlin, you'll probably find me indulging in my other passion: racing. Whether it's watching classic races, or dreaming about my next simrig setup, I can't get enough of the racing world.
So, whether we're swapping racing stories, sharing dad jokes, or just hanging out and chatting about life, I'm thrilled to be part of this awesome league. Let's rev up those engines and make some unforgettable memories together!

With deep roots in both real-world and virtual racing, Devan Lockridge brings unmatched expertise to Tier 1 Setup Shop. As a seasoned driver and crew chief in multiple oval disiplines, and a longtime sim racer, Devan bridges the gap between the garage and the simulator. His hands-on experience building and tuning winning setups - from ARCA Menards cars to Gen 4 Cup beasts -fuels Tier 1's elite-level performance. Known for a data-driven approach and a relentless pursuit of speed, Devan leads a team focused on delivering professional-grade setups backed by real-world insight, MoTeC analysis, and race-proven knowledge.

I'Just a guy from South Georgia. Currently a Nuclear Security Officer at Plant Hatch Nuclear Facility, P.O.S.T certified Advanced Driving and Firearms Instructor. Also work as a Police Officer part-time after serving 9 1/2 in the Georgia Department of Public Safety. My time as an instructor is where I developed my racing skills and love to help others learn their craft behind the wheel. I have been a NASCAR fan for over 30+ years. Bill Elliott was my favorite driver growing up, which is why I race the #94.

Hi, I’m Matt Erickson. I currently live in Wisconsin. I grew up less than 10 miles down the road from Slinger Speedway and have great memories of watching drivers like Rusty Wallace, Dick Trickle, Matt Kenseth and Alan Kulwicki. My favorite drivers growing up were Rusty Wallace, the “hometown” hero, Kulwicki, and Davey Allison. When I started racing in iRacing leagues, the number 2 was always taken, the 7 was usually taken but the 28 was almost always available. To represent all 3 drivers, you will see me in the #28 (with Penske number font) and completing a Polish Victory lap after each win.
I have been married to my incredible wife, Christine, for over 26 years. We have two amazing boys, both grown and moved out, that are creating the next chapters in their lives.
I enjoy racing a couple nights a week as an “escape from reality” but really enjoy getting to know the people I am racing with and against every week. I have made some real great friends in the iRacing community and in the Tier 1 community.
